The Great Kona Escape is part of a beautiful luxury home situated in one of Kona's most desirable neighborhoods. Your ohana is completely separate and the only thing you share is the port cushere, with me, a quiet, Medical Massage Therapist, available (by appointment) to help restore your peace of mind. 

Pick from the herb and vegetable garden, the fruit orchard, and enjoy the GREAT weather; beautiful flowers; singing birds and all the tranquility your heart desires.

RATES

$120 / night ($840 / week) 5 night minimum

This rate is for 2 guests - additional guests are $20 per night. There is a one-time $150 Cleaning Fee. Tax of 13.25% will be added. A $200 Refundable Damage Deposit will hold the reservation & payment in full is to be made 60 days prior to arrival. There is a 5% discount for stays of 1 month or more. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations / Refunds / Deposts:
Full refunds are given if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. After that you will receive a full refund only if the suite is re-rented. A $200 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
